Kennedy Island Conservancy
Kennedy Island Conservancy is located on the North Coast in the traditional territories of the Gitxaala, Lax Kw'alaams, and Metlakatla Nations. The conservancy was created in 2008 and covers 4,970 hectares.

Kennedy Island Conservancy was an important gathering location for First Nations travelling on the Skeena River and contains a number of important cultural modified trees and other cultural values.
