Zumtela Bay Conservancy is located on the North Coast in the traditional territories of the Lax Kw'alaams and Metlakatla Nations. The conservancy was created in 2008 and covers 49 hectares.

Zumtela Bay Conservancy was established as part of the government’s land use decision for the North Coast planning area. The conservancy contains a registered boat haven and anchorage and provides sport fishing and diving opportunities.
