In December, Coast Funds’ office space at 475 West Georgia Street in downtown Vancouver will be available for lease, following Coast Funds’ relocation to a new office in November.

“This location has been a warm and welcoming hub for our team to collaborate and host First Nations and partners. We’d like to see that spirit continued after Coast Funds’ time here,” says Eddy Adra, CEO.

The office is 2,386 square feet and features eight offices and a reception area, kitchen, and 12-seat boardroom. The space can be leased with or without furniture (including desks, standing desks, chairs, boardroom table, and TV).

The building is centrally located, with easy access to public transport (Vancouver City Centre and Granville Skytrain stations), facilities like the Vancouver Public Library, and transportation hubs like Waterfront Station and Canada Place. Tenants have access to underground parking, bike lockers, and key card access for after hours.
