Haisla Town Centre Construction Moving Forward in Kitimat

Haisla Nation is investing in major land redevelopment in downtown Kitimat, BC
Construction of Haisla Town Centre commenced in early 2015, with first occupancies anticipated for end of 2016.

The new Haisla Town Centre is planned and permitted to include 150 residential condominiums, an 80-room hotel, a commercial building, and a restaurant. Construction of the first phase commenced in early 2015 with occupancies anticipated near the end of 2016.

The first condominium development at Haisla Town Centre will contain a total of 49 residential condos with a mix of one and two bedroom units, some including dens.  The building forms the first phase of a mixed use development planned by the Haisla Nation, following their acquisition of this strategic property from the Province of British Columbia.  The master plan was given the green light by the District of Kitimat earlier this year.
